TELL ME ABOUT HALDIRAM'S NEW E-COMMERCE PLATFORM?

Our new ecommerce platform is a digital marketplace that allows customers to order online food from restaurants (for customers within 5 kms of our servicable outlets) for delivery, dine in and even takeaway. We also deliver our packed range of products to customers across India

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON THE PLATFORM ?

Accounts can be created on the platform’s website or mobile app. All you have to do is:

  1. Fill the required information by signing up on our website.
  2. You may directly login with your mobile number.
  3. Browse and place order.
  4. You have guest check-out facility too.
CAN I USE THE PLATEFORM WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT ?

Yes, customers can use the platform without creating an account by using the guest feature, but creating an account provides additional benefits such as: Order history Personalised Offers.

DO YOU HAVE A MOBILE APPLICATION ?

Yes, our e-commerce platform can be accessed through our mobile application, available for both iOS and Android devices.

FOOD ORDER AND DELIVERY

HOW DOES THE FOOD ORDERING PROCESS WORK ?

The process involves browsing menu items, selecting items to add to your cart, entering delivery information, and submitting payment.

  • Login into your account
  • Select the products you wish to purchase
  • Provide shipping address
  • Make payment
  • You will receive acknowledgement and order tracking number.

HOW TO I KNOW IF DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE IN MY AERA ?

Delivery availability can be seen when entering your delivery information on the platform.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES AND TIMES ?
  1. Shipping Timeline and Charges for Outlet Orders :
    1. Standard delivery charge of Rs. 60 per order + Taxes
    2. Delivery timeline (measured as distance between outlet fulfilling order and delivery location):
      1. 0-3kms – within 30 mins of order acceptance by outlet.
      2. 3-5kms – within 45mins of order acceptance by outlet..
  2. Shipping Timeline and Charges for National Delivery:
    1. Applicable shipping charge for order below 1499/- is Rs. 100 or 10% of the cart value, which every is higher and for orders above 1499/- no delivery charge will be applicable.
    2. Delivery timeline (determined by delivery location):
      1. NCR: 48 hrs
      2. Metro Cities: 2-4 days c. Non-metro Cities: 5-7 days.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY IN REAL- TIME ?

Yes, customers can track their delivery in real-time using the platform’s tracking system.

WHAT IF MY FOOD ARRIVES COLD OR INCORRECT ?

ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER ?

Payment can be made using a credit or debit card, or UPI. We currently do not accept cash payments for orders placed through our e-commerce platform.

IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE ?

Yes, the platform implements secure payment processes to protect customers’ payment information.

CAN I USE A COUPON OR PROMO CODE ?

Yes, customers can enter coupon or promo codes during the ordering process.

HELP AND SUPPORT

CAN I SAVE MY FAVORITE ITEMS FOR QUICK ORDERING ?

Yes, customers can save favorite menu items for quick ordering using wishlist feature  available across the platform.

HOW CAN I PROVIDE FEEDBACK ?

Customers can provide feedback through the platform’s feedback system on the chatbot and the e-bill (for outlet orders).
